Cupping is a form of massage therapy that decompresses the soft tissues within the body by using a vacuum-like suction, unlike other forms of massage that compress soft tissue. It is commonly used throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Europe to treat inflammation, pain, and swelling, and creates space within the tissues.
